1. Student will receive a loaner netbook while her netbook is being repaired.
2. All laptops have a one year warranty. There will be no charge for warranty repairs. The warranty does not cover accidental damage.
3. All non-warranty repairs will be performed by the Carondelet technology staff. Parents will be charged for the cost of parts. There are no additional labor charges.
4. If repair cost exceeds replacement cost, a replacement will be made. If repair cost If repair cost exceeds 75% of the replacement cost parents will be given the option of purchasing a replacement.
