Thank you for your interest regarding Carondelet High School. Although we typically do not have room to consider transfer students, if you wish your daughter to be considered for the 10th or 11th grade of the coming school year, please download the transfer application. This completed application should be returned to Carondelet High School, to my attention, along with the items listed below. Transfer applications are only accepted from September 1st through June 30th. We do not accept students once our school year has begun.
- $50.00 registration fee
- county issued birth certificate (copy)
- baptismal certificate (copy)
- immunization record
- school academic records for the past two years (unofficial transcript)
- a copy of the student’s current academic program
If your daughter was placed into the wait pool during the application process from the previous year, please submit only a current transcript at the end of each semester. There are no additional fees or paperwork needed to activate her file.
Should openings occur, we will review prospective families from the total pool of applications received. We usually have a tentative idea of openings by late May/early June, at which time I will schedule interviews for eligible candidates and their parents. We recommend that you continue the registration process at your daughter’s current school, or alternate choice, because definite acceptances may not occur until summer/early August.
