In the senior year, students may chose to earn five of the ten units required for Religious Studies by going off campus during their Religious Studies class period to serve the dear neighbor in one of the many approved sites near the campus.

These students are supervised and evaluated by the staff at their service sites. The Coordinator of Community Service visits the students at their service sites once a quarter, the Administrative Assistant to the Coordinator of Community Service visits the students once a month.
