Carondelet High School welcomes your gift of stocks or securities. Transfer of ownership is usually handled electronically between your broker and the School’s broker, Smith Barney.

Your broker will need the following information to complete the transfer:

Once you have instructed your broker to transfer a gift, please leave a message with Director of Development Pat Larsen, at 925-686-5353 ext. 150 or plarsen@carondeleths.org. Please let Pat know the name of the stock you are donating and the number of shares. This step will assure that you receive full credit for your gift.

Your own broker should be able to give you a value for tax-deduction purposes. Carondelet will value your donation at the median sales price on the day you instructed your broker to make the transfer.
