• Crab Feed Volunteers Needed

    The Crab Feed Committee needs your help on Saturday, March 5 during the Carondelet Crab Feed. Specifically, they need a total of 24 parent volunteers that day to assist with the following work:

    • 12 parents from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. to help prepare and set-up for the event.
    • Another 12 parents from 4 p.m to 9 p.m. to help with cooking and putting out food at the window to be served. As soon as all food has been served, clean up will begin.

    Grab your friends and family (21 and over) and get ready to don your finest plastic bib while you feast on fresh crab at our 2016 Crab Feed on March 5, 2016.

    Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with appetizers and a specialty drink. Dinner begins at 6:45 p.m. and will be followed by dessert and an auction. Buy your tickets before the event sells out!

    Carondelet High School fosters an atmosphere and upholds an appearance code where there is personal pride, respect for others, and purpose toward our mission. We ask that all uniform and non-uniform clothing be in good repair, and modestly appropriate.

    In an effort to streamline our dress code options, beginning next school year the skort will no longer be available for purchase. This notice gives our community ample time to adjust for future ordering. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

    We are excited to let you know we will be offering a College Tour through Education First Explore America to Boston & New York City in June 2016! You may begin enrolling on the trip now. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

    This is an excellent opportunity for your daughter to see a wide range of schools and help her explore what kind of schools might be the right fit. She’ll return home more engaged in her college search, and with a better understanding of what types of schools to visit with your family. Schools we will be visiting will include Harvard, Boston University, Boston College, Northeastern, Tufts, Bentley, Babson, Yale, Trinity, Columbia, Barnard and NYU.

    Come pray with the Carondelet Mothers in Prayer group! During the school year we meet every Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 9 a.m. in the Carondelet chapel to pray for our daughters, families, teachers and administrators.

  • Are You an "All Cleared" Volunteer?

    1. Have you completed a livescan (fingerprinting) test for CHS?
    2. Do you have a current TB test on file with CHS?
    3. Have you completed the "Shield the Vulnerable" 90 minute on-line course and provided Carondelet with the certificate?

    If you answered "YES" to these questions, you would be considered an "all cleared" volunteer.

    All parents who will be volunteering at any event where students are present are required to become an "all cleared" volunteer. You will find a list of the requirements here or on the Parent Volunteer page of the CHS website. These requirements must be fulfilled prior to the beginning of school.
